How I found the perfect next destination…
„I believe, that our next step will unfold perfectly, when we follow our heart!“
How can I find out, what I shall do next?
How do I know the next „right“ steps?
How can I be sure, that I follow my heart and not my ego?
Well..these are always the main questions everyone ask themselves, me included.
I was always the person the questioned EVERYTHING including my own thoughts, decisions, feelings!
It have come a long way to discover and integrate a mindset, that allows me to be ok with not knowing, what will be my next step and just trusting the universe, that I will be lead to the perfect place, meeting the perfect people, making the right decisions and be able to see everything that happens as a blessing!
I am still not perfect in that! I have to adjust myself again and again to this new, supporting mindset so that it becomes a habit one day!
But I think I am doing not to bad in it already ;-). Sometime better, sometimes worse.
But the most important thing is, that I BELIEVE that this is one of the keys to be successful and at the end happy in life, as it leads us to our true, inner self.
And when we know it, life starts to be „in the flow“ and things start to align.
How is all this now connected to France…?
Well, France „called“ me already last year, but it wasn’t meant to be for me to start my journey/ my new chapter in life there..
Instead my heart called me to Bali, where I lived now for 4 wonderful month.
As I told you already in my last blog posts, it was a wonderful, magical, but also challenging time for me, as I fulfilled my big dream of participating in the „Raw Food Chef Level 1 Training“ in Sayuri Healing Food Café in Ubud on the one hand.
One the other hand I became clear that my real passion I want to follow from now on is not web design rather then being a raw food chef and bringing the magic of the raw vegan food into the world!
This knowledge „forced“ me to throw down all my business plans (plans actually don’t work in my life any longer.. :-)) and make a complete new start in building up my new „real“ heart business.
And as you can see…I went for my hearts calling ;-).
The result is:
France called me again, while I was in Bali and I found the perfect next destination for me on my journey..
I found a french family on the „workaway“ website for volunteering, which lives a very high, raw , vegan lifestyle… And as the icing on the cake, they also have an online business connected to this (it is called „BIOVIE“)
I think it couldn’t have been a better outcome for me… 😉
Now I have already arrived in Langlade (near Nimes) in the south of France, in a small but cosy little village, in a colorful, lovely, little house with a vegetable garden and a pool and an abundance of fruits, vegetables and other things like for example algae.
Every day I help the family mainly with something related to food. I prepare raw vegan meals for them and I also learn a lot of new, interesting things and recipes with algae or sprouts etc.
This inspires me so much, that I am already thinking about new creation with a few of their wonderful products…
So stay curious.. ;-)!
Below you can see a few things I did during the last days.. Crackers…Algae tartar (original recipe from BIOVIE!)..and just some experiments with tiger nuts, chia seeds etc.
(I will also create some wonderful wraps, for which I will use the amazing recipes from „rawfoodromance“ ebook „hand salats“.)
