I’m going to be a ‘Raw Food Chef’ in Bali…

The time has come…!
I’m sitting in „Sayuri Healing Food Café“, the best vegan café in Bali and taking part in the „Raw Food Chef Level 1 Training“.
Ever since I discovered this café on the internet many years ago, I’ve been dreaming of doing my training here… For me, it’s not just any course, but the fulfilment of my dreams and a „yes“ to myself and my soul’s call. Raw vegan food has fascinated me for many years and I have always dreamed of being able to ‘professionalise’ it even more.
Over the years, I have experienced for myself that raw vegan food is more than just a form of nutrition. When we change our diet, our awareness inevitably changes too. We become more sensitive, more aware, more mindful and we find our way back to ourselves and our needs, both physically and mentally and emotionally.
For me, raw vegan food is the healthiest form of food we can eat.
Raw food is full of vitality and energy and, unlike cooked food, has retained almost all of its nutrients.
What I am learning here in this training programme is only a fraction of what there is still to discover and explore in the „world of raw food“.
I’m looking forward to fully immersing myself in this magical world of wonderful colours and explosions of flavour.
This training reminds me of what I am actually „really“ burning for…what my heart is telling me….
„Listen to Me and then go for what feels right…no matter how long it takes and how many detours it takes! In the end you will arrive where you belong!“
That’s what I feel right now.
I belong right here…in Bali…on this course…and then I will continue to follow this path…
…and start my own business as a „Raw Food Chef“…!
