About "Colours of Raw"
Starting out as a fascination for incredibly beautiful, colourful, appealing, delicious „cheesecakes“, the world of „vegan raw food“ has captivated me more and more in recent years.
When I entered the world of raw food, unexpected dimensions of taste, variety and colour opened up to me.
Colourful, bright, sophisticated dishes as far as the eye can see…and healthy too ;-)!
With every new recipe I discovered, my enthusiasm for „raw food“ grew and ultimately became my passion! 🙂
